Use of the website

The BuildKD website provides information about website design, local SEO, website maintenance plans, pricing, portfolio work, account access, and quote requests. By using the site, visitors agree not to misuse it or interfere with its operation.

Quotes and services

Published prices and submitted quote requests are informational and are not binding offers. Final scope, timeline, payment terms, deliverables, revisions, launch responsibilities, ownership, and support terms are governed by a signed proposal, written agreement, invoice, or statement of work.

Client accounts

Client account areas may provide profile, project, billing, and portal access. Clients are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for notifying BuildKD about unauthorized account activity.

Intellectual property

BuildKD website content, interface design, code, copy, generated assets, and brand elements are owned by KD Software Engineering unless a written agreement says otherwise. Client materials remain owned by the client or their licensors.

Acceptable use

Visitors and clients may not attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious or unlawful material, scrape protected areas, interfere with site security, or use the site in a way that disrupts service operation.

Disclaimers and liability

The public website is provided as-is for informational purposes. BuildKD does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, search rankings, lead volume, or business results. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BuildKD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from public website use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any service-specific dispute process should be addressed in the applicable written client agreement.
